Gina Patterson is a strategic leader who transforms complex, multi-stakeholder challenges into scalable solutions that deliver measurable impact. With over a decade of experience aligning government, industry, and technology partners, she specializes in translating policy and strategy into disciplined execution.

As Chief Program Officer at Venture for Canada, Gina scaled national programming from inception to thousands of participants and grew annual funding from $1.6M to $14M. She led national strategy and government relations, managed major federal agreements, and introduced governance, risk, and performance systems that strengthened execution across the organization.

Previously at The Clean Foundation, Gina launched climate and energy programs with federal and provincial departments, Indigenous partners, and corporate stakeholders. She secured the organization’s first national federal funding and co-designed HomeWarming, a low-income energy efficiency program that continues to shape policy and delivery.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours from Queen’s University, an Advanced PR Diploma from NSCC, a PMP, and certifications in negotiation, HR, evaluation, and partnership brokering. Her communications expertise strengthens her ability to align diverse stakeholders and articulate complex strategies with clarity. A certified executive coach, she helps leaders thrive in management and executive roles, grounding strategy and decision-making in human capability.
